Do we have to replace our ERP?
No. MAX sits on top of the systems you already run and works through the integrations and APIs they expose. Your ERP remains the system of record.
Which systems can MAX connect to?
It depends on what each system exposes. MAX has built-in tools for orders, catalogue, inventory and customer channels, and we scope connections to your specific ERP with you during onboarding.
Can MAX change data without asking?
Not unless you allow it. Writes to your systems, payments and customer messages wait for approval under the rules you set, and every sensitive action is recorded in an audit log.
Who on the team can use it?
Owner, admin, staff and user roles, plus per-person switches for each surface and power. A user can have a private workspace while staff work with the shared business data.
